Free Shipping applies to all order in the USA $150.00 or more, with standard ground shipping. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are not included in this special. Handling charges will still be applied. The standard handling charges are $5.95.

Easy Returns & Exchange:
ANY item purchased from us may be returned within 14 days. If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund of the purchased price as long as you follow these guidelines.There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders.
1. Customer must pay the shipping charge to get the item(s) back to us. We ask that the customer pay the shipping fees to return the item. We can not pay to have the item shipped back to us.
2. The customer must return the item in original packaging and in original, unused condition. We cannot accept any returned item that is not in its original packaging, or any item that has been installed.
3. It is the customer responsiblity to provide shipping insurance for the full cost of the item being returned.
4. No credit will be given to any return that does not meet the above guidelines. If All guidelines are met, we will credit your credit card the amount of the original purchase, minus the shipping fee.Returns PolicyWe will exchange any UNUSED resalable item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, difference could be subject to a return fee.

If return is due to an error on the part of Finishingtouchcarandtruck.com, we will arrange for return shipping by use of call tag or shipping return label. We will issue a call tag, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the part is ready for pickup.
If the customer is at fault for ordering the incorrect part from our website, they may return the item so long as the guidelines of the return policy is met. All the items parts, box, etc. and information on what's wrong need to be sent with the return.
NO returns or refunds on custom made products.
Any products refused upon delivery also subject to return fee and customer is responsible for shipping of the product both ways.
If you have and item that is either lost or damaged in shipping. Please fill out the returns for and state what has happened and we will file a damage claim. If your part arrives defective, you must make a claim with the manufacturer directly, in order to get the product replaced. You may call us to obtain a phone number for the manufacturer.
By submitting your order, you are indicating that you have read and accept the terms of our return policy. When an item is shipped with Free Freight and the item(s) have to be returned. They will have actual shipping charges on the return, unless the item(s) is exchanged with a similar item(s). Non-exchanged item(s) will only be credited for difference after shipping charges are accessed.
All Items must be returned in original packaging only.
No returns on items that have been installed.
No returns on programmers or electrical items!
All manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
We may rebill your credit card on any return or credit card chargeback for the shipping and handling charge.
All returns without exchange are subject to a return fee 20% of the purchase price of the item returned, also with no return of freight charges.
Damage & Loss Claim: Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. It is the customer's responsibility to report any shipping related damages to the carrier. If your package has been damaged in ANY way, please contact the shipping company first (UPS, FEDEX). Once you have notified the shipping company of the damage, then please contact us. Its the carrier's responsibility to resolve all damage claims with the customer.
Once the freight carrier takes possession of the article to be delivered it becomes that freight carrier's responsibility and liability to deliver the goods to the customer. If a claim is filed between you and the freight carrier, the claim must be settled between the carrier and the receiver. |
